The best customer service ever. I found just after I received the confirmation of my order that I had misplaced one of the packages of beads that I ordered. I wasn’t sure if I could change my order to cancel one package of beads. I emailed them and within minutes, about the same amount of time that it took to get an order confirmation, I received a confirmation that my refund was on its way.
