Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Canvas Issues

If there is an issue with the canvas - a replacement canvas will be sent if all troubleshooting problems do not fix the issue.

If there is an issue with the beads - missing beads or not enough beads will be covered and sent via mail. You must provide the canvas title & size along with your order number/receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
